Responsibilities

• Responsibility for national and international procurement of aviation technology and materials
• Development and implementation of procurement strategies
• Selection of suitable suppliers, maintenance and expansion of supplier relationships
• Contract and price negotiations as well as conclusion of framework agreements in the global procurement market
• Conducting analyses to identify optimization potential
• Analysis of procurement markets and exploration of new sources of supply in the international environment
• Reporting to management

Ihr Profil

• Completed technical or business studies or completed technical or commercial vocational training
• Several years of professional experience in strategic purchasing (at least 5 years)
• Experience in the aviation or automotive supply industry is desirable
• Good communication skills, social competence, and negotiation skills
• Technical understanding, analytical thinking, and a high degree of self-organization with a hands-on mentality
• Proficient in English, both spoken and written
• Proficient in common MS Office applications
