Tasks

• Responsible for the commercial management and strategic procurement processes in the central License and Data Procurement team of the Lufthansa Group.
• Establish and develop purchasing strategies, including market analysis, assessing the number of potential suppliers, and evaluating alternatives to products and services.
• Develop and handle professional supplier management through the whole cycle: supplier qualification and onboarding (supplier development, master data management, claim management, risk management, relationship management, etc.).
• Lead complex multi-million value tenders on the market with evaluation of offers, shortlisting, supplier presentations, and contract negotiations.
• Perform all other duties assigned or delegated by supervisors.

Requirements

• University degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, Business Law, or Data Analytics.
• At least 5-7 years of professional experience in procurement or other negotiation-intensive role and several years of project management experience.
• Relevant experience and deep understanding of license and/or data contracts, models, pricing schemes, and current trends.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills with a results-oriented work ethic and the ability to resolve conflicts.
• Legal knowledge, especially in contract management, is an advantage.
• Ability to confidently work in English; German is considered an advantage.
• CV/Resume required.
• Must possess a permit to work in Poland.
