We are looking for a Store Manager to join our Repair Shop located on Rumfordstraße, in the beautiful Glockenbachviertel in Munich. The store is close to the famous Viktualienmarkt. It's a full-time permanent position with a start date of 1st January 2025.

As a Store Manager, you are a part of the Retail team and have a central, important role at Nudie Jeans. You have full responsibility for our retail team in Munich, aiming to drive business results through continuous development of the store team and leading them to deliver the best Nudie Jeans customer experience.

The position has several touchpoints in the organization and works in close collaboration with the regional general manager, customer experience, sales marketing, HR, and e-commerce.

You are expected to have a comprehensive understanding of running a store, especially regarding its profitability and team leadership.

Main responsibilities, but not limited to:

  1. Set an example for great store management and customer service by leading the way.
  2. Ensure repair shops meet Nudie Jeans standards regarding customer service and brand experience.
  3. Responsible for the sales and KPI performance of the store.
  4. Partner with the Regional General Manager to maximize sales, profit, and reach key targets.
  5. Staff responsibilities including creating a dynamic work environment, maximizing team spirit, motivating and coaching staff members, recruitment, labor law, and performance management.
  6. Ensure store presentation and visual merchandising standards are maintained according to company guidelines.
  7. Administrative work.
  8. Maintenance of stock.
  9. Responsible for the work environment, both physical and psychological.

Who you are:

  1. You bring at least 3 years of Store Manager experience, preferably for a high-end retail brand.
  2. You have great leadership skills, including providing clear direction, coaching, and motivating others.
  3. Dynamic, high achiever with a track record of exceeding expectations.
  4. Experience in training people in sales and service.
  5. Non-prestigious and have a “can-do attitude”.
  6. Result-oriented and driven by providing excellent customer service.
  7. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  8. Good at time management, prioritizing, creating time plans, and setting deadlines for self and others.
  9. Strong problem-solving skills.
  10. Good software systems knowledge, preferably Microsoft Office, Asana, and Sitoo POS programs.
  11. Excellent verbal communication skills in English and German.
  12. Passionate about Nudie Jeans' philosophy and our products.
