Drive initiatives to identify and implement helpful digital tools and inspiring guidelines, supporting teams worldwide in the creation of Live Brand Experiences (Events and Trade shows) for ZEISS.
Collaborate with marketing teams to optimize and expand the digital landscape of tools and guidelines, to meet their evolving needs and to inspire outstanding live brand experiences for ZEISS.
Support the development and implementation of guidelines and training contents for new tools as well as communication activities supporting their global implementation.
Operational Tasks: Maintain Guidelines, Training contents and tools and advise teams in planning and executing digital events based on our tool landscape.
Exploring industry trends and best practices: Identifying relevant developments in digital brand experiences for Live Events, sharing insights with teams, and integrating key innovations into the experience and the toolset.
Bachelor’s degree in the field of marketing, business or in a comparable field.
Willingness to pursue a job-integrated Master’s degree.
You have experience in Digital Events / Online Marketing.
You are interested in digital technology and digital experiences.
Optimally, you already have experience within virtual event formats of any kind.
You will need project management skills and English language skills.
