Statistical Project Manager (M / W)

As a Statistical Project Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of analytical projects while ensuring the quality and compliance of the data used for analysis and decision-making.

Main Responsibilities:

1. Project Coordination: Oversee stakeholders and ensure the smooth progress of statistical projects by adhering to deadlines and defined objectives.
2. Data Analysis: Select and apply the most appropriate statistical methods to solve the issues at hand.
3. Data Management: Ensure the quality, security, and structuring of data used for analyses.
4. Decision-Making Analysis: Transform the results of statistical analyses into concrete recommendations to guide strategic decisions.
5. Compliance: Ensure that projects comply with current ethical, regulatory, and methodological standards.

Desired Profile:

1. Degree in Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Data Science, or a similar field.
2. Prior experience in managing statistical projects or data analysis (ideally in the healthcare or medical analysis sector).
3. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a team.
4. Technical Skills: Proficiency in office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and in Metabase software, competence in database management and programming (VBA, PHP, HTML, SQL), work planning, priority management, and meeting deadlines.
5. Interpersonal Skills: Ability to understand the needs of various stakeholders and work cross-functionally, attention to detail, precision, organizational skills, ability to synthesize and simplify complex data, teaching ability, discretion, and respect for confidential information.
6. Languages: Proficiency in English is an advantage.
