Startup Office Management (m/w/d)

Your mission

• Office Management: Oversee daily office operations, manage office supplies, and ensure all facilities are functioning efficiently.
• Preparatory Accounting: Assist in managing the financial bookkeeping of the company, including preparing financial records and processing invoices.
• Regulatory Compliance and Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for interactions with regulatory authorities such as BAFA. Handle submissions, documentation, and compliance checks.
• Autonomous Work: Manage multiple tasks independently without direct supervision, maintaining high standards of performance and reliability.
• Team Interaction: Work closely with the team to support various departments in administrative matters, ensuring smooth internal communications and operations.

Your profile

• Proven experience in office management, preferably within a dynamic business environment.
• Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and experience handling financial documentation.
• Experience in dealing with regulatory bodies and understanding of compliance requirements.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and handle multiple assignments.
• Strong communication skills, proficient in English, both written and verbal.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently with a proactive attitude.
• High motivation and the metaphorical "fire in the belly" to achieve and exceed targets.
