WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

• You will support our HR Team in managing and coordinating European recruiting processes.
• You will be involved in all steps of the recruitment process, such as creating job ads, selecting candidates, and managing applicants.
• You will also support the active search for suitable candidates.
• You support the onboarding process by helping new employees to settle into the organization.
• Participate/support in employer branding activities.
• If required, you also provide support in other departmental areas or work actively on HR & recruitment projects.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• You are enrolled at a university and are studying with a focus on economics (business administration, economics, etc.), ideally with a focus on human resources.
• You have a keen interest in HR topics and ideally already have some initial professional experience in HR.
• You have a high level of initiative and strong communication skills.
• Ideally, you have already gained some experience in an international context.
• You have a very good knowledge of written and spoken German and English.
• You have good knowledge of the MS Office package.
