At Amazon we value our relationships with our advertisers as much as our relationships with our end customers, and we’re looking for great Account Executive to help us continue to build our strategic accounts. This is a great opportunity for a driven Account Executive to focus on building long-term strategic relationships with key advertisers and agencies and identifying new and unique advertising opportunities. We offer a unique opportunity to join a high-visibility organization that is a significant driver for the company’s overall growth. For our advertising team, it’s still Day 1.

While maintaining a consultative style, candidates must feel comfortable discussing with prospective clients on a broad range of issues. An ability to identify, develop and manage a valuable prospect list based on our standard product offerings is crucial. In addition to having excellent written and verbal communication skills, good attention to detail, and good follow-through, the ideal candidates will be self-motivated and highly goal-oriented in order to achieve ambitious business targets.

Key job responsibilities

  1. Drive revenue growth through strategic sales across Amazon Ads' portfolio, with particular focus on Streaming TV and brand-building advertising solutions.
  2. Establish and nurture C-level relationships with agencies and advertisers, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor in the TV and Digital landscape.
  3. Develop and execute comprehensive growth strategies for strategic accounts, identifying new revenue streams and business opportunities.
  4. Lead complex negotiations across multiple touchpoints, creating value-adding solutions that align with customer needs and expectations.
  5. Provide consultative leadership to help clients leverage Amazon's full suite of advertising solutions.
  6. Drive cross-functional collaboration to ensure exceptional customer service and business continuity.
  7. Influence media investment decisions through deep understanding of customer objectives and market dynamics.
  8. Build and maintain strategic relationships at all levels within client organizations and agencies.
  9. Champion innovation and best practices across the advertising ecosystem.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  1. Strong business leader with a deep understanding of the Advertising Landscape.
  2. Experience in Media Buying or Selling (Connected TV, TV, Video Strategies).
  3. Proven track record of success at building relationships, partnering cross-functionally, and professionally representing client needs/perspectives to the product organization.
  4. Knowledge of and relationships within the industry across publishers, clients, and agencies.
  5. Talent for responding effectively to market direction, customer needs, and competitive positioning.
  6. Thrive in fast-paced dynamic environment, be adept at dealing with ambiguity and have good communication and presentation skills.
  7. Advanced level of English and Italian.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  1. Degree educated, ideally in a related field or equivalent experience.
  2. International working context.
  3. Excellent Presentation and Communication Skills at all levels of an organization.
