What you´ll do

1. Research and develop ground-breaking technologies
2. Identify opportunities for new technology, products or performance improvements
3. Lead one or multiple Research & Development projects critical to business
4. Actively make your specialized knowledge available to the organization
5. Act as an ambassador for the scientific community of Henkel BU
6. Secure IP position in own area of development
7. Contribute actively in scientific publications and forums with papers and presentations
8. Act as a consultant for management and steering committee
