Your contribution:

• You are responsible for the timely rectification of defects in compliance with the existing SLAs.
• Control the defect ticket processing.
• Evaluate existing defects according to the defect catalog.
• Obtain and check service provider offers and delivery notes.
• Act as an interface to the main contact persons.
• Maintain the interface in the direction of deployment and PLs for special projects.
• Identify process gaps and optimization potential by involving responsible stakeholders.

What makes you stand out:

• At least 2 years of professional experience, ideally in the telecommunications industry, steel or electrical trade.
• Completed vocational training or a comparable qualification, as well as experience in the work of infrastructure companies.
• Good knowledge of defect ticket processing for passive infrastructures.
• Adept at dealing with internal and external stakeholders (e.g. local partners/suppliers).
• Broad knowledge in telecommunication technologies and deployment projects.
• Good analytical and decision-making skills.
• Fluent German (C1) and (very) good written and spoken English skills (B2).
