Your contribution:
- You are responsible for the timely rectification of defects in compliance with the existing SLAs.
- Control the defect ticket processing.
- Evaluate existing defects according to the defect catalog.
- Obtain and check service provider offers and delivery notes.
- Act as an interface to the main contact persons.
- Maintain the interface in the direction of deployment and PLs for special projects.
- Identify process gaps and optimization potential by involving responsible stakeholders.
What makes you stand out:
- At least 2 years of professional experience, ideally in the telecommunications industry, steel or electrical trade.
- Completed vocational training or a comparable qualification, as well as experience in the work of infrastructure companies.
- Good knowledge of defect ticket processing for passive infrastructures.
- Adept at dealing with internal and external stakeholders (e.g. local partners/suppliers).
- Broad knowledge in telecommunication technologies and deployment projects.
- Good analytical and decision-making skills.
- Fluent German (C1) and (very) good written and spoken English skills (B2).
