Responsibilities:You are responsible for the administrative processes of the sales account including data management, reporting and research
You support in preparing offers, purchase orders, pricing and manage prototype and tooling cost invoicing
You are the window person to maintain the customer portal
You are supporting commercial processes in alignment with our Business Units
You hold a Bachelor's degree or have completed your commercial education/an apprenticeship
You bring a good understanding of administration processes and requirements in a business environment, ideally in the automotive industry
Ideally you are an experienced user of SAP and MS office applications
You fit into our team when you are open-minded and collaborative, and are used to work independently and target-oriented at the same time
You are able to communicate in English with your international team colleagues
