Specialist Product Safety with Spanish (m/f/d) - Remote Option GER

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for national chemical and trade control legislation monitoring from day one.
• Ensure compliance with legal chemical regulations regarding import, export, and marketing of our products.
• Answer and manage customer requests considering interfaces like SAP-BASIS, business unit portals, product information tools, and communication with the Product Safety of the business unit.
• Cover for colleagues in the team when needed; responsibilities may adjust due to changes in legislation.
• Prepare and conduct training for respective parties on Product Safety and Trade Control topics.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Degree in Chemistry or a similar qualification and at least 2 years of professional experience in Product Stewardship and Trade Control or within the chemistry area.
• Knowledge of EU REACH and CLP regulations.
• Familiar with MS Office and (SAP) databases.
• Fluent English and Spanish skills.
• Strong analytical skills, very good organizational ability, and independent working methods.
• Distinctive communication skills, ability to work in a team, and strong customer orientation.
