We have an exciting opportunity as Specialist Learning Development (all genders welcome) within our Channel department at the Kia Europe Headquarters in Frankfurt/Main, Germany.

Job mission:
Channel is the Kia Europe Subdivision in charge of Retail network. Both strategical and operational, Channel is a highly cross-functional activity.

The Specialist Learning Development supports the implementation of Kia Europe's Learning Development strategy across National Sales Companies and independent distributors. Main focus elements: to support the roll-out of new products, sales and technology trainings, as well as the new Kia Learning Management System (LMS) across Europe, in coordination and under the supervision of the Learning Development Assistant Manager / Manager. As a member of the Channel team, the Learning Development Specialist also participates in all Channel relevant Kia Europe projects.

Your responsibilities:

  • Support the Kia Europe Learning Development (LD) team in delivering industry-leading programs for dealer employees (Sales), enhancing commercial competencies and product knowledge.
  • Collaborate with Kia Headquarter, Kia Europe internal departments, and external suppliers to create product training content aligned with all relevant stakeholders.
  • Support market implementation efforts (National Sales Companies and Distributors) for product and sales topics, aligning local strategies and implementing according to Kia Europe guidelines and plans to achieve training participation and performance KPIs.
  • Monitor the Kia Dealer Academy (KDA 2.0, our new Learning Management System) and support markets in optimizing their LD activities to meet the targets of the Business Plan.
  • Support in the provision of monthly, quarterly, and annual performance reports with targeted improvement plans via KDA 2.0 and NSC Business Plans.
  • Contribute to the vendor's management process through revising quotations, issuing purchase orders, payments' follow up, in collaboration with KEU Finance.
  • Provide back office support / IT troubleshooting directly to markets with collaboration from Kia Europe IT team.

Your talents:

  • University degree required in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Marketing, Economics or related fields.
  • 1-2 years of relevant experience.
  • Proficiency in MS Office required.
  • Proficiency in Learning Management Systems (Cornerstone or similar) preferred.
  • Project management experience preferred.
  • Strong team player, adaptable to diverse cultures.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a precise and accurate work ethic.
  • Confident, self-motivated, and flexible in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken); additional languages (German, Italian, Spanish, French) are a plus.
