Summary

We are looking for a “Specialist Customer Services (f/m/d)” for the “Order Center Optronics” department in the “Customer Services Optronics” division at the Oberkochen site as soon as possible.

The “Customer Services Optronics” department is responsible for ensuring the availability of the corresponding HENSOLDT products and the subsequent supply and customer support. In the ILS phase, our department lays the logistical foundations for the successful service business of HENSOLDT Optronics Customer Service.

In the utilization phase (In-Service Support), we provide various services on the basis of contractual agreements in order to keep our customers' optoelectronic products and systems in operation with the highest possible availability.

Your Tasks

1. Responsibility for the maintenance process along the entire value chain in coordination with interfaces
2. Taking on the function of sub-project management within in-service support projects
3. Carrying out all customs and export activities relevant to maintenance in cooperation with the specialist department
4. Management and control of UAN services
5. Carrying out ordering and stock management
6. Ensuring compliance with the budgets set for maintenance
7. Carrying out sales tracking
8. Identifying capacity requirements and coordinating with internal and external service providers
9. Maintaining national and international customer contacts
10. Supporting order center management and customer service

Your Profile

1. Commercial studies with technical understanding or industrial engineer or comparable
2. Project experience in a national and international environment
3. Experience in order processing in customer service or supply chain management
4. Experience and knowledge in tender preparation and contract management, also with regard to public price law
5. Extensive knowledge of SAP
6. Relevant knowledge of export and customs regulations, ideally also ITAR
7. Very good organizational skills and ability to work independently
8. Team and communication skills
9. Business fluent German and very good English skills
