Specialist Compliance Management (f/m/d)

PAUL HARTMANN AG is seeking a detail-oriented and knowledgeable Specialist Compliance Management to join our team. In this role, you will validate the development, implementation, and continuous optimization of a sustainable compliance management system within the HARTMANN GROUP. You will work on various compliance topics, provide functional guidance to compliance managers and assistants, and ensure adherence to international compliance standards.
Responsibilities:
- Compliance System Validation & Optimization: Validate the development, implementation, and continuous optimization of the compliance management system.
- Guidance & Coordination: Provide functional guidance to compliance managers and compliance assistants on various compliance topics.
- Sponsoring & Donation Management: Prepare and manage the sponsoring and donation system within the PH Group.
- International Compliance Standards: Validate and implement a group-wide compliance documentation system, focusing on sponsoring, donations, and other contractual relationships.
- Compliance Organization Development: Ensure the continuous development of the compliance organization and objectives within group companies.
- Advisory Role: Advise PH AG and group companies, business units, and employees on compliance-related questions and recommend improvements.
- Integration of Compliance Topics: Integrate compliance topics across various functions outside the CEO-CCO into overall compliance activities.
- Guideline Preparation & Implementation: Prepare and implement guidelines for compliance topics, including policy and procedure management.
- Training & Education: Develop and implement group-wide compliance training programs and measures.
Qualifications:
- Educational Background: A degree in law or a background in business administration, or a comparable qualification
- Experience: First experience in legal and compliance roles, preferably in an international environment..
- Healthcare Compliance: Experience in healthcare compliance is highly desirable.
- Project Management: Strong project management skills to oversee and coordinate compliance initiatives.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with various stakeholders and provide clear guidance on compliance matters.
- Language Skills: Fluency in both German and English, written and spoken, is required
