1. You are responsible for the wine selection and advice in the gourmet restaurant and ensure perfect beverage accompaniment.
2. You support the service team and ensure a smooth flow in the restaurant operation.

4. You maintain and expand the wine list with around 370 items and optimize the beverage offer.
5. You work closely with the restaurant management and the kitchen to provide an excellent overall experience.

1. Completed training as a sommelier or sound knowledge of wine and beverages.
2. Several years of professional experience, ideally in upscale gastronomy.
3. Passion for wine and excellent service.
4. Fluency in German; further language skills are an advantage.
5. Enjoy dealing with discerning guests and working in a well-coordinated team.
6. Willingness to work in a flexible and demanding environment.
