Job Title: Solution Manager

Job Type: Full-Time

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Solution Manager to join our team in the DACH region. The Solution Manager will play a crucial role in driving the adoption of our PV solar solutions by providing expert technical support, designing customized solutions, and ensuring successful project implementation. This position requires a deep understanding of the PV solar & ESS industry, strong technical skills, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Technical Support & Solution Design:
    • Provide technical expertise and support to customers and internal teams throughout the sales and project lifecycle.
    • Design and propose customized PV solar & ESS solutions that meet customer & project requirements.
    • Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure the feasibility and reliability of proposed solutions.
  2. Sales Support:
    • Assist the sales team with technical presentations, product demonstrations, and proposal development.
    • Participate in customer meetings and negotiations to provide technical insights and build trust.
    • Support the achievement of sales targets by providing technical guidance and solution recommendations.
  3. Customer Relationship Management:
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and industry stakeholders.
    • Gather and respond to customer feedback to continuously improve products and services.
    • Organize and conduct training sessions, workshops, and roadshows for customers.
  4. Market Analysis & Strategy:
    • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape in the Nordics region.
    • Develop and implement market entry strategies and promotional plans to increase market share.
  5. Product Management:
    Collaborate with R&D and product management & development teams to ensure products meet market needs and regulatory requirements.
  6. Project Management:
    • Oversee the implementation of PV solar & ESS projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
    • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve any issues that arise during project execution.
    • Monitor project progress and perform risk management to ensure successful delivery.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in the PV solar & ESS industry, with a focus on solution design and project management.
  • Strong technical knowledge of PV solar & ESS systems, including design, installation, and maintenance.
  • Proven experience in market analysis, strategy development, and sales support.
  • Excellent project management skills with a track record of successfully delivering complex projects.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in relevant software tools (e.g., PVsyst, AutoCAD, MS Office).
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of a Nordic language is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel within the Nordics & DACH region as required.
