Solution Architect Salesforce OneCRM (m/f/d)

What you'll do

• In this role you will collaborate with stakeholders to gather and define business requirements, translating them into clear technical specifications and solutions.
• In alignment with business needs you will design and implement comprehensive Salesforce solutions, including data models, custom applications, and integrations.
• By leading the architecture and implementation of Salesforce solutions you will ensure they meet scalability, performance, and security standards.
• While regularly reviewing new Salesforce releases and functionalities, you will provide ongoing guidance on Salesforce best practices, platform capabilities, and constraints.
• You will technically manage and mentor a team of Salesforce developers and administrators, overseeing the development of customizations and integrations, and creating technical documentation and training materials for users.

Who you are

• You have a Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Your experience of several years in Salesforce architecture and implementation is supplemented by certifications such as Certified Technical Architect, Certified Application Architect, or Certified System Architect.
• Proven experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and strong knowledge of the Salesforce data model, security, and performance, making you a well-rounded Salesforce expert capable of driving impactful solutions.
• Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and integration tools like MuleSoft, REST/SOAP APIs come along with excellent communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities, familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies, fluency in English (ideally German), and willingness to travel occasionally to KNAUF sites worldwide round up your profile.
