Solar Technician Product Development

For our location in Heusenstamm near Frankfurt am Main in Germany, we are looking at the earliest possible date for a full-time position in:

Technical Support Responsibilities:

1. Technical support of the development of new BIPV / BAPV system-interfaces to roof solutions.
2. Technical documentation of new solar developments.
3. Leading the product testing according to national and international solar and building standards.
4. Build up and perform training for new and existing solar products.
5. Network with the BMI country organizations on national requirements for solar installations.
6. Build up internal test capacities and lead testing.

Your Profile:

1. Technical background and basic experience in the photovoltaic area.
2. Completed technical training preferred as roofer or solar installer.
3. Good understanding of building and solar application rules and standards.
4. Good understanding of roofing technology with a hands-on mentality.
5. Experience in product testing and product application.
6. English and German in communication and writing.
7. Computer skills in MS-Office and Google Applications.
8. Good communication and organizational skills.
