Software Tester / Software Test Engineer (m/f/d)

The job can be done mainly from remote. Please consider that 1-2 presence days per week on-site at our locations in St. Ingbert are required for the test execution on our POS systems.

Your Responsibilities

• Setting up test cases based on customer requirements
• Test execution using various test methods
• Documentation of the test results
• Creation of error reports
• Error analysis and, as far as possible, correction of found or reported errors
• Close exchange with the customer in the context of error reproductions/joint test sessions as well as presentation of new features (first views)

Your Profile

• Substantial studies or training in the field of information technology or comparable qualification, also suitable as a sideways move for someone with relevant experience and an affinity with IT
• (Initial) experience in test case creation and test execution or ISTQB certification desirable
• High degree of quality awareness, capacity for abstraction, and willingness to work hard
• Structured and independent way of working and enthusiastic team player
• Good knowledge of English, French, and German at least on level B2 for contact with our customers
