Your Responsibilities

  • You will support our international subsidiaries and distribution partners at the regional and local level for our OR1 integration and software products, enabling sales representatives and customers to sell KARL STORZ products.
  • Projects will be supported in all their facets, from acquisition to final delivery to the customer, with a focus on the successful sales conclusion of the project.
  • You identify, advise on, and evaluate new solutions and options for meeting customer needs.
  • Managing the strategic relationship between the head office and business partners by understanding business needs and pain points, requirements, and expectations in relation to technology and digital service offerings is crucial.
  • You analyze and benchmark market requirements, business opportunities, and sales strategies in our global software business.
  • A reliable point of contact for all parties involved on the customer side and internally, you will ensure smooth communication and support.
  • International trade fairs and congresses, as well as sales projects in collaboration with regional and national sales and marketing organizations, will be supported.
  • You will take responsibility for and provide support for key account projects and KOL customers.

Your Talents

  • Degree in marketing, economics, medical technology, IT or training and professional experience in healthcare.
  • Independence and a focus on the end result.
  • Knowledge of IT, software and network technology and a keen interest in future technologies for medical devices and big data analytics.
  • Experience in identifying market trends and developing new markets.
  • Persuasiveness to communicate and transfer sales/marketing knowledge and business knowledge.
  • Very good knowledge of English, other foreign languages an advantage.
