We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Private Nurse to provide dedicated care and travel assistance for an individual. The successful candidate will join a team of healthcare professionals responsible for ensuring the wellbeing and health of the individual while providing support during domestic and international travel.

Responsibilities

Overnight Care:

• Monitor and assess the health condition of the individual throughout the night.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Provide personal care and assistance with activities of daily living.
• Respond promptly to any medical emergencies or changes in the individual’s health.

Travel:

• Accompany the individual during both domestic and international travel.
• Coordinate with the travel team to ensure a smooth and seamless experience.
• Manage all medical-related aspects of travel, including medication schedules and medical equipment.
• Liaise with medical professionals at various destinations to ensure continuity of care.

Communication and Documentation:

• Maintain detailed and accurate medical records.
• Communicate effectively with the individual, their family, and other healthcare professionals.
• Provide regular updates on the individual’s health status.
• Work collaboratively with a team of nurses to provide 24/7 care coverage.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals including physicians, therapists, and support staff.

Experience

• Minimum of 4 years of nursing experience with a focus on providing personalized care.
• Experience in overnight care and travel nursing is highly desirable.

Skills

• Strong clinical skills and ability to manage medical emergencies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Cultural sensitivity and ability to adapt to different environments during travel.
• Knowledge of travel-related health precautions and logistics.

Availability

• Must be available for overnight shifts and travel at short notice.

Your Role

• Shifts: Work in pairs typically during night shifts ensuring excellent care.
• Hours: 9-hour shifts, 6 days a week.

Recruitment Process

• Step 1: Online Interview (30 minutes) - A simple stress-free introduction.
• Held in a convenient European city.
• Travel Costs: You'll pay upfront, but full reimbursement is processed within 15 days of receipt submission.
• Step 3: Trial Period - 10 days on the yacht or in a European city.
• Fully compensated based on the annual gross salary (British pounds).

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) (4 years).
• Language Skills: Advanced English proficiency (C1 level).
• Experience: Minimum of 4 years in a hospital setting.
