Responsibilities:

• Ability to build clean, well-encapsulated solutions to a high standard.
• Provide suggestions and ideas on how to solve customer problems effectively.
• Stay current with the latest trends in industry and academia, and implement novel ideas in the client's Microsoft ecosystem.
• Promote a culture of excellence and continuous learning by sharing knowledge within the technology department.
• Work closely with engineering and product managers to translate business use cases into workable solutions for production.
• Several years of project experience in MS SharePoint development.
• In-depth knowledge of .NET.
• Good knowledge of Git and CI/CD.
• Development of software modules and SharePoint solutions.
• Experience with Test-Driven Development (TDD) and its implementation.
• Familiarity with Agile Frameworks.
• Ability to translate and clearly communicate sophisticated analytical information to non-expert stakeholders and clients.
