Its geographical area of operation covers the state of Baden-Württemberg. The association is headquartered in Karlsruhe with a second office in Stuttgart.

At Our Office In Karlsruhe, The Following Position Is To Be Filled In The Supplementary Pension Department At The Earliest Possible Date:

Software Developer (m/f/d)

Occupation grade A12 LBesO / up to pay grade 11 TVöD, reference number: V 604.25

Due to our high quality standards, we develop most of the software used in processing ourselves in a large IT department in accordance with the technical specifications of our business units.

Your Main Tasks:

• Independent implementation, expansion and optimization of existing individual software
• Collaboration in projects across all phases of the software development process
• Prospective responsibility for implementing requirements with small and medium-sized teams

We Expect From You:

• A completed relevant (technical) university degree or comparable professional experience in application development
• Knowledge of the programming languages Java, COBOL and Natural as well as experience with relational and hierarchical databases is an advantage, but not a requirement
• A sense of responsibility, quick comprehension and good judgment
• Ability to work in a team, initiative, communication skills, good work and time organization
