We are looking for a passionate and visionary Software Developer (f/m/d) who loves technological innovation and enjoys working in a team to start as soon as possible. Your tasks:

• Drive innovation: Development, maintenance and optimization of our internal software solutions in a dynamic and future-oriented business field.
• Ensuring quality: Carrying out code reviews and ensuring high software quality.
• Designing technology: Creating and implementing innovative technical concepts, especially in the area of data-driven technologies.
• AI integration: Integration of AI-supported processes to increase the efficiency of our solutions.
• Customer focus: Analyzing customer requirements through direct exchange to understand their needs precisely and align our solutions with them.
• Teamwork: Close collaboration with the project management and data science team to develop innovative solutions.

• Sound IT knowledge: Degree in computer science, information technology or a comparable qualification.
• Technology expertise: Sound knowledge of PHP, JavaScript, HTML and CSS; experience with Angular and Node.js is a plus.
• Software development experience: Experience in developing software solutions and working with databases (for example as a software developer, IT specialist, software engineer, or in a similar role).
• AI affinity: Ideally initial contact with AI technologies or the motivation to develop further in this area.
• Personal strengths: Analytical thinking, solution-oriented approach, strong communication skills and ability to work in a team.
• Quality awareness: High quality awareness and motivation to design new solutions.
• Language skills: Very good German and good English skills.
