Key Responsibilities

As a Site Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring the success of this large-scale operation. Key duties include:

1. Leadership and Team Management:
   1. Manage and inspire a team of over 300 employees.
   2. Drive operational success by fostering a high-performance culture and providing leadership to team leaders and staff.
   3. Promote employee engagement and professional growth.
2. Operational Oversight:
   1. Oversee all aspects of daily logistics operations, including transport, warehousing, and inventory management.
   2. Ensure alignment with automotive logistics industry standards and client requirements.
   3. Continuously improve KPIs, streamline processes, and enhance efficiency across the site.
3. Client and Contract Management:
   1. Serve as the primary point of contact for a major automotive logistics client.
   2. Ensure service excellence and compliance with contractual obligations and industry regulations.
   3. Collaborate with the client to develop solutions and deliver outstanding service quality.
4. Strategic and Financial Management:
   1. Develop and oversee budgets, ensuring financial targets are achieved.
   2. Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement process improvements.
   3. Contribute to long-term strategies that drive growth and innovation.

4. Fluency in German and English (preferred).
