Recruitment Apple Lovers is working with a leading Telecommunications company who are looking to recruit a German-speaking Site Acquisition Consultant to join their team in Hanover office.

Position: Site Acquisition Specialist

Location: Hanover, Germany

Employment type: Full-time

Remuneration: Base salary + commissions

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Searching for suitable locations for telecom antennas and identifying potential landlords.
2. Completing site visits by travelling to identified locations and capturing geospatial data and visual reports.
3. Successfully signing lease agreements with landlords through negotiating terms.
4. Maintaining up-to-date information in our custom software.
5. Thriving in an international environment alongside other talented and innovative individuals.

REQUIREMENTS:

1. Native level of German with fluency in English.
2. Ability to travel throughout Germany for business.
3. Sales or negotiations experience.
4. Extraordinary negotiations skills are an absolute necessity.
5. Computer skills with sound knowledge of Microsoft Office package.
6. Ability to work independently, while being a team player at the same time.
