Minimum Requirements

To be eligible for the Shell Graduate Program, you must be pursuing or have completed a bachelor’s or master's degree and you are required to have graduated prior to your first day at Shell. You need to have less than three years of professional work experience. For German based roles, fluency in German (B2 level) and English is needed.
