What You Will Be Doing

• Provide professional leadership and development to the Business Aviation Fleet Planning team.
• Manage fleet operations by identifying spare engine shortfalls and determining priorities in the Rolls-Royce shops with the MRO and the Fleet Lease Engine Manager team.
• Agree operations plans with all Services senior stakeholders and Finance to meet the Business Plan.
• Lead improvement workstreams for effective Fleet Planning, including existing tools.
• Manage senior business stakeholders and create a sound logic for business planning decisions.

To be successful in this role you will need to:

• Hold a university degree in engineering, business, or a related field.
• Bring extensive experience in planning and operations.
• Have a proven ability to drive informed, impactful decisions.
• Possess advanced analytical skills to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable strategies.
• Demonstrate a track record of influencing senior stakeholders and driving strategic initiatives.
• Be capable of managing concurrent issues in a fast-paced environment.
• Exhibit excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Be fluent in English.
