What you will be doing

1. Acting as focal point of contact to one of our key customers (Bombardier, Gulfstream or Delta Airlines) and manage regular governance.
2. Manage repair process of LRUs (line replacement units) for a specific portfolio of global vendors.
3. Ensure LRU repairs are completed within the contractual turnaround time to support our customer’s (internal and external) requirements.
4. Interact with other RR areas (e.g. Engineering, Commercial, Customer Services, Power Plant Availability) to ensure our customers get the best service at the optimum cost for RR.
5. Ensure customer invoices are raised in time to support RR cash flow targets.
6. Proactively drive process improvements to ensure we can be at our best.

To be successful in this role you will need to:

1. University degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience of working in supply chain management or purchasing field.
2. Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
3. Solid IT skills in MS Office package and SAP and good knowledge of digital technology.
4. Good communication skills with ability to work successfully with cross-functional teams internal and external.
5. Be fluent in English.
