This position reports to

Field Service Manager

Your role and responsibilities

• Identification of errors and faults and initiation of countermeasures • Contribute to customer satisfaction by executing workshop orders as per workshop processes and guidelines • Check bill of materials and other documents to identify required parts needed for service activity and ensure that all materials, parts, and equipment are available • Execute work as per first-time right approach and ensure the job is done on time and as per quality standards • Implementation of commissioning, maintenance and modernization projects • Willingness to work on short-term customer assignments • Identifies improvement needs and potential solutions for them in the ways of working, communicates them • proactively, and drives minor improvement actions

Qualifications for the role

• 2 years of experience in technical support and services, working as a workshop technician with electrical products or technologies; we also welcome applications from entry-level candidates
• Sound knowledge of drive technology
• Confident appearance towards customers, as well as a high customer orientation
• Personally, you are characterized by analytical thinking and your problem-solving skills
• Degree or technician training in electronics or comparable
• Proficiency in both written and spoken German, with a good command of English
