Your Responsibilities in Detail
SEO Strategy Development: Collaborate with the Head of D2C Marketing to develop and execute SEO strategies focused on traffic, rankings, and customer acquisition.
On-Page Optimization: Conduct on-page SEO audits and optimize content, metadata, and linking structures.
Keyword Research and Analysis: Perform keyword research using tools like Google Keyword Planner, SEMrush, or Ahrefs to optimize content.
Technical SEO Management: Implement technical SEO improvements (site speed, mobile optimization, schema markup) with web developers.
Content Optimization: Work with content creators to produce and optimize SEO-friendly content (blogs, product pages, etc.).
Link Building and Off-Page SEO: Develop and manage link-building strategies and monitor backlink profiles.
SEO Performance Monitoring: Track SEO performance metrics and provide reports with actionable insights.
Collaboration: Collaborate with marketing teams and stay updated on SEO trends and algorithm changes.
Your Background
To join our team, you bring along:
Proven experience (minimum 4 years) in SEO management, with a focus on e-commerce or digital marketing.
Strong knowledge of search engine algorithms and SEO best practices, including on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.
Proficiency in SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Moz.
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
Experience in keyword research, competitive analysis, and content optimization.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
Effective communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally and collaborate with external partners.
Passion for staying up-to-date with SEO industry trends and adapting strategies to meet the latest changes in search engine algorithms.
