Senior Support / Operation Manager - NAV / Business Central (m/f/d)

YOUR TASKS
You are technically responsible for the management and implementation of 1st & 2nd level support / operations requests with a focus on Microsoft Dynamics NAV/BC, EASY and SaaS tools used by us
You will also be responsible for finding solutions to incoming support cases and support the team with your expert knowledge
You organize and take responsibility for change request management for all HR and SaaS tools we support
You are in close contact with our key users/product owners and also manage our IT service providers in the context of the applications for which you are responsible
You are responsible for the compliance and implementation of compliance processes, as well as the creation and updating of the necessary documentation
YOUR PROFILE
You have successfully completed a degree in (business) informatics, business administration or comparable training
You gained at least 5 years of professional experience in application support and development of Microsoft Dynamics NAV/BC as well as several years of experience in application support in EASY
Sound application & process knowledge paired with technical understanding are basic building blocks for your job and characterize you, knowledge of IT infrastructure, cloud & server technology is an advantage
You have a high sense of responsibility and integrity, as well as a structured and independent way of working
Very good written and spoken German and English skills round off your profile
