In this position, the Senior Structural and Mechanical Fitter installs and repairs mechanical and structural components.

The Senior Structural and Mechanical Fitter's tasks will include, but are not limited to, the following:

1. Reading and interpreting technical drawings and documentation
2. Performing functional tests and adjustments on aircraft systems
3. Applying sealants
4. Application of surface protection
5. Being a mentor for newcomers
6. Diagnosing mechanical or structural problems
7. Riveting
8. Drilling (metal and composite materials)
9. Touch-ups on manufactured metal parts
10. Panel installation

Job Requirements

1. Strong aviation/mechanical education and practical training required
2. Good English skills; German would be an advantage
