Location Options: Poland, Germany, or Finland

Requirements:

1. Minimum of five years' experience in the solar energy sector, ideally within consultancy or engineering environments
2. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in fields such as solar/renewable energy, engineering, electrical, statistics, atmospheric science, mathematics, physics, or related disciplines
3. Hands-on experience in the operation of Solar PV Plants within Europe
4. Proficiency in English
5. Willingness to undertake short travel assignments
6. Valid driver’s license

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Familiarity with wind renewable energy
2. Proficiency in local languages
3. Competence in engineering and solar software (e.g., PVsyst, SolarFarmer, Python, AutoCAD)
