Senior Software QA Tester (f/m/d)

As a Software QA Tester, you will join a team of highly committed developers, further developing our tracking platform by acting as the ultimate advocate for quality and user experience.

You will join the Vegas Team, focusing on app and partner management while aggregating and presenting critical marketing campaign data to developers and marketers. You will work closely with your Dev Team, Customer Support, Product Owner, and other QAs to deliver features.

Key Responsibilities:

• You develop and refine the testing process, including organizing and maintaining test scenarios.
• You design and execute Smoke, Regression, End-to-End & Exploratory Tests.
• You provide detailed and well-structured bug reports.
• You become an expert in our products, challenging features to ensure quality.
• You advocate for the customer perspective throughout the development process.
• You set up your own test environment and deploy features for testing.
• You balance meeting project timelines with identifying and improving weak areas.

How the optimal candidate may look like:

• Proven experience in executing test cases for both frontend and backend services (e.g., APIs, End-to-End processes, data pipelines).
• Skilled in defining, designing, and maintaining Smoke, Regression, End-to-End, and Exploratory test cases and test suites.
• Proficient with test management tools (e.g., Qase, TestRail, Tuskr).
• Knowledgeable in SQL and NoSQL databases, with the ability to write queries.
• Experienced with API testing tools (e.g., Postman, Insomnia, CURL).
• Familiar with logging tools (e.g., Kibana, Sentry, DataDog).
• Basic understanding of cloud platforms and CI/CD processes.
• Working knowledge of Git.
• Plus: Experience with test automation tools (e.g., Cypress, Playwright).
