At Pupil Labs we are pushing the boundaries of eye tracking, one of the most powerful approaches to understanding the human mind. Our technology makes it possible to see how a person looks at their world and enables insights into people’s cognitive state, neurological health, distribution of attention, and much more!
Our eye tracking products incorporate state-of-the-art artificial intelligence, computer vision, and sensor technology to provide cutting-edge tools to researchers in academia and industry. Our tools are used worldwide by psychologists, medical doctors, designers, elite athletes, and even astronauts!

We are a diverse team of designers, scientists, engineers, and builders. This enables us to build the entire product in-house. We design the eye tracking glasses and embedded electronics ourselves. We assemble, test, and ship hardware from our office in Berlin. We conduct fundamental research that rapidly feeds into novel algorithms we can get into the hands of our users. We have pioneered the first eye tracker that can truly be used in the real world and have launched the first cloud-based analysis platform for eye tracking data.
Join us to build the future of eye tracking!
Pupil Labs offers highly technical products that are used in complex applications. The stories about what our products do and what our customers create with them are fascinating but often challenging to tell!
We are looking for a content creator who is excellent at presenting complex scientific and technical topics to a wide range of audiences. Someone who sees the beauty in the data and knows how to communicate it.
We are looking for someone who is highly self-motivated to find and tell the exciting stories in the Pupil Labs universe. Someone who knows what our largely academic user base will love to hear about.
One of the challenges you will be facing is that our audience is extraordinarily diverse. Ranging from researchers in psychology to clinical neurology doctors, architects, UI designers, assistive technology providers, professional athletes, pilot trainers and so many more! We are looking for someone able to speak to all of these audiences.
We are building a new Communication & Content team at Pupil Labs from the ground up. We are looking for people who will enjoy shaping this team, its vision, and workflows. You’ll have to be creative, wear more than one hat, and will have plenty of opportunities to show initiative!
You will storyboard, pitch, and produce a wide range of video content that targets a diverse set of audiences. This content will showcase application scenarios, product features, and extraordinary user projects. Coming up with what to create is part of the job, but examples may include:
You will work together with members of the R&D team and Product Specialists teams to obtain raw footage from the frontier of research and keep everything to a high scientific standard.
You will publish content on YouTube and our social media channels and will engage with our communities there.
Some projects will be in collaboration with external domain experts. You will contribute to managing those projects starting from the first contact to the final release.
You will coordinate projects with our in-house visual design team and external contractors (e.g. videographers or editors where appropriate).
You will contribute to our high-level content strategy and project ideation.
Click the apply button to submit your application. We want to consider every serious applicant, this means we will dismiss any applications that do not include a CV, cover letter, and portfolio.
