Senior SAP PM / EAM Inhouse-Consultant (w / m / d)

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SAP consultant (f / m / d) to act as an internal consultant within Infineon for Maintenance services. In this role, you will actively contribute to IT operations for both SAP and non-SAP solutions and will work closely with colleagues from Maintenance to map their processes in SAP. You will also be responsible for team leadership, project management and stakeholder management. Our global IT team is leading the way in the digitalization of our IT service products and services, providing a unique opportunity to be part of a forward-thinking and innovative global team.

Job Description

In your new role you will:

• Act as an internal consultant, collaborating with stakeholders to identify business requirements and streamline processes.
• Lead projects with a focus on timely delivery, budget efficiency, and exceptional quality standards.
• Inspire and mentor team members, fostering their growth in both functional and technical domains.
• Shape and prioritize IT service product requirements by working closely with stakeholders, business customers, partners, and external service providers, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
• Provide global operational IT support for relevant IT solutions, including both SAP and non-SAP platforms.
• Deliver engaging and informative training sessions for internal customers, empowering them with the knowledge they need.

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

• A Degree in IT, Engineering or other relevant fields.
• Several years of SAP implementation experience, ideally in the area of SAP PM / EAM.
• Strong logical thinking and analytical troubleshooting skills, with the ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks.
• Knowledge in ABAP and/or programming skills.
• Enjoyment in coordinating and handling new, complex topics or projects independently and lead teams professionally.
• The ability to communicate and present fluently in English and German.
