(Senior) SAP HCM Consultant (w / m / d)

Responsibilities:

• Managing complex, highly relevant strategic projects, such as post-merger integration, innovation initiatives, improvement projects, and growth initiatives.
• Close, trustful collaboration with the senior leadership team at VAG, external partners, and experts.
• Preparation of analyses and decision documents for VAG Board based on facts & figures.
• Direct reporting line to VAG Board (management).
• Opportunity to take over operational responsibility as a subsequent career step.

Your Profile:

• Experience in the manufacturing industry with 3+ years of practical experience in a challenging fast-paced environment with a robust personality.
• Ability to drive change as a company representative abroad.
• Excellent analytical skills with a hands-on mentality.
• Highly organized, structured, and able to prioritize under pressure.
• Strong passion for excellent results and a positive mindset.
• Willingness to travel up to 2-3 weeks per month.
• Attention to detail is mandatory.
• Strong written & verbal communication skills; ability to deal with highly confidential and sensitive information; fluent in English is mandatory.
• Must speak English; additional language skills in German, Czech, Mandarin, or Portuguese are welcome.
• Team player mindset and leadership skills (lead by example, not authority).
• Master’s degree or higher (preferably engineering).
• Strong business acumen (entrepreneurial mindset).
