Your Responsibilities

1. Develop, manage, and maintain all QA processes, plans, and procedures necessary to guide our project teams and ensure delivery of high-quality products with a focus on hardware.
2. Monitor closely the quality of products and processes as required by customer requirements.
3. Strive to improve all aspects of the hardware and system level quality within the working environment and increase teams’ working knowledge by ensuring the team understands their responsibilities regarding hardware QA.
4. Ensure the project activities comply and are performed with the latest quality standards and procedures.
5. Help identify and drive continuous improvement opportunities within the quality management system.
6. Help to implement the use of quality management tools to improve processes and work closely with the project teams.
7. Perform quality inspections of the projects as part of the major milestones, report KPIs.
8. Perform and moderate the non-conformance report process in-house.
9. Establish physical measurement methods and state-of-the-art technologies to support root cause analysis, including support by 3rd parties.

Your Qualifications

1. Master/University degree or equivalent in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related disciplines.
2. Experience: >3-5 years in hardware quality assurance in the context of product development.
3. Experience with risk identification methods like FMEA.
4. Experience with issue-solving methods like 8D.
5. Experience in a system-driven environment with a focus on hardware products.
6. Strong English communication skills to work effectively with German, U.S., Japanese and Chinese partners.
7. German skills.
8. Ability to successfully work in an international environment, intercultural understanding.
9. Self-motivated individual with a desire to learn, can-do attitude, self-driven.
10. Knowledge of the ATE market and/or in the semiconductor industry is helpful.
11. Demonstrated experience managing dynamic projects on tight schedules and across organizations.
