We are looking for a Senior Project Manager (f/m/*) to join our team, who can still see the big picture when our team of specialists from different fields get lost in details.

In this position, you will work independently on a variety of customer projects where you will coordinate the organization and communication between all project participants. You will support the team in the creation of customer presentations and the development of project requirements, in the management and monitoring of internal processes – with regard to deadlines, availability planning, billing, etc. – and you will monitor and document the progress of the development teams all the way to the finished product.

Your
Responsibilities

• Work out customer requirements and communicate directly with the customer
• Guide project teams with multiple stakeholders to achieve the best possible outcome
• Plan new projects in close coordination with the sales team and technical lead
• Availability and team planning
• Responsibility for project controlling and reporting to the various stakeholders
• Development and improvement of the engineering processes and structures
• Interface with the marketing team to help communicate successful projects to potential customers

Required
Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience in project management
• Completed degree in the field of project management, communication, business administration or a comparable qualification
• Determination, reliability and an organized way of working to act as an anchor for the development team
• Very good communication skills, proactive attitude and a strong sense of responsibility

Preferred
Qualifications

• Professional and project related experience in an agile working environment especially in the field of software development
• Experience with the administration of Jira & Confluence
• Experience with a resource management system
