Senior Product Marketing Specialist (f / m / d)

You can work remotely or at our location(s) in Bratislava, Heidelberg, Hamburg, Berlin, Thale, Magdeburg or Munich.

Your Mission: Join our team!

• Develop and implement comprehensive product marketing plans for our software products.
• Collaborate with the Market Research Manager to identify customer needs and competitive landscape and adapt our GTM strategies accordingly.
• Create compelling product messaging, positioning and packaging (with input into pricing).
• Manage product launch activities, measure success and take data-driven decisions.
• Collaborate with Corporate Marketing, Sales, Product Management, and Partner Management teams to support lead generation and sales enablement, ensuring our GTM collateral is targeted to the right audience.
• Analyze product marketing performance metrics and optimize strategies accordingly.
• Collaborate with the regional marketing teams to ensure that local customer feedback is considered in our product launch plans.

What we are looking for: Your profile

• You have at least 5 years of experience in product marketing in the software environment, ideally related to SAP.
• You bring a proven track record of successful product launches and working with diverse stakeholders.
• Strong analytics and data-driven decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills to interact with different stakeholders internally and externally.
• High degree of empathy for others’ perspectives and circumstances.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, ideally also in German.
• Willingness to travel.
