Senior Product Manager – Features

Help shape the experiences that make Farm Heroes Saga unforgettable. In this role, you’ll design and enhance meaningful features beyond the core gameplay—progression systems, meta layers, and social connections that keep players engaged and excited to return.

What You’ll Do

• Co-develop and communicate the vision for the Features area, ensuring alignment with the overall game strategy.
• Lead the end-to-end development of features, from concept through launch and continuous improvement.
• Use player insights and data to identify opportunities, refine features, and optimize engagement.
• Work closely with designers, engineers, and analysts to create seamless and meaningful player experiences.

What You Bring

• Experience in product leadership or senior product management for mobile, consumer-facing products (gaming experience is welcome but not required).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, using data to inform decisions.
• Ability to define and execute impactful features with measurable results.
• Clear, inclusive communication that brings teams together and aligns them around a shared vision.
• An understanding of player motivation, progression systems, and social features in digital experiences.

Senior Product Manager – Core Gameplay

Focus on the heart of the game: the core mechanics that make Farm Heroes Saga fun and rewarding to play. You’ll enhance existing gameplay experiences and introduce new ones that keep players engaged.

What You’ll Do

• Define and prioritize the Core Gameplay roadmap, ensuring alignment with the game’s broader vision.
• Work closely with game designers, data scientists, and developers to build data-informed business cases for new gameplay opportunities.
• Analyze game performance and conduct A/B testing to refine player experiences.
• Lead teams toward shared objectives and key results (OKRs), fostering collaboration across product areas.

What You Bring

• Experience in game design, product management, or analytical roles.
• A combination of creative and analytical thinking, with the ability to forecast impact, measure success, and iterate.
• Excellent communication skills to align and inspire cross-functional teams.
• A deep understanding of game mechanics and player engagement strategies.
