You want to use your payment service provider and product management experience for a good cause. You want to contribute significantly to the scaling of RaiseNow's automated reconciliation and payment facilitator functionalities.
As Senior Product Manager (f / d / m) Payments, you report directly to our Head of Product, Reginald. You are leading our payment API as the central service of our integrations to payment providers supporting the most relevant payment methods in over 100 currencies.
Your mission
As Senior Product Manager (f / d / m) Payments, you will be end-to-end responsible with your development team from strategic decisions to hands-on support and customer feedback.
- You perform market observations in collaboration with business development, customers, and partners, tracking down payment trends, identifying new product potentials, and preparing feasibility and market analysis including ROI.
- The payment team, mainly developers, relies on you for the specification of user stories and roadmap planning. In general, it is your responsibility to lead external and internal parties and to pave the road for product development.
- You create and maintain product documentation including release notes, whitepapers, tutorials, blogs, and screencasts for customers, partners, and the RaiseNow Marketing Team.
- You collaborate closely with other product managers as well as with the Sales and Marketing team, sharing your knowledge of the added value generated by your product line. With Customer Success, you are defining integration strategies and specifications for RaiseNow customers.
Your profile
- You have relevant work experience as a product manager in SaaS and digital platform business including dealing with APIs and cross-functional teams.
- You have a technical background and therefore strong knowledge of product development processes in an agile software development environment such as Scrum or Kanban.
- You have an analytic and creative mind with strong communication and planning skills and an entrepreneurial mindset.
- You have the ability to influence across a large compound organization and to manage multiple competing priorities at the same time.
- Oral and written language skills in English (C1) and German (B2).
Nice to have :
- NGO / Fundraising background is a big plus.
- Experience on how to scale a product and development team with the growth of the company.
- You will be the expert and main point of contact for payment service providers and payment methods.
