We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to improve Amazon customer experience in EU and WW stores, making it easier for customers to find exactly what they want when shopping online.
In this role you own the broader theme of post-filtering search results quality of our onsite shopping experience. You will be part of a team of highly skilled Product Managers and work with multiple technical teams based across the world.
We are looking for someone with deep customer focus, as well as passion for an established track record in delivery results in a tech enabled business. Successful candidates will be equally comfortable helping define business cases and presenting P&Ls as they will be working with technical product managers, technical program managers and applied scientists to make shopping easy and enable customers to shop with confidence.
In this role, you will have to work across various product, tech and business teams in the US and EU to understand the needs of both external Customers as well as internal stakeholders and then define a vision that delivers a delightful customer experience. You will have to work with dedicated technical teams in the US and EU to deliver your vision.
You’ll frequently engage business, product, and technology leaders, and be a strong advocate for our customers and for the capabilities we are building.
