Senior Product Manager

Mission:

As a (Senior) Product Manager, you will be responsible for the further development of our product portfolio and ensure that our software solutions are optimally tailored to the needs of our customers in the banking sector. You will always keep an eye on the financial market, capture current trends in the regulatory market, and generate new product ideas. With your experience in product development and implementing regulatory requirements, you will ensure that our products always meet the highest standards and that product strategies are adapted to current and future requirements.

What to Expect:

1. Your Expertise in Business Analysis and Sales: As a Product Manager, you will analyze customer requirements, develop innovative solutions for the financial industry, and work with interdisciplinary teams on market-ready, regulatory-compliant products. You will also maintain customer relationships, acquire new partners, and independently carry out sales activities to gain maximum market advantage.
2. Management of Non-Financial Risks: Your in-depth knowledge of financial regulation – particularly in the areas of risk management, compliance, and non-financial risks – will be key to adapting our products to ever-changing regulatory requirements.
3. Strategic Product Development & Personnel Responsibility: You will create product roadmaps and strategic plans to continuously expand and develop our portfolio. You will always keep an eye on the market and ensure that our solutions meet the highest quality standards. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to lead and manage personnel.

What We Look Forward To:

• Successfully completed studies in economics, banking, or a comparable qualification.
• Several years of experience in product development, ideally in the regulated banking sector.
• Knowledge of regulations in the financial sector with a focus on risk management and/or (regulatory) compliance or other topics in the context of non-financial risks.
• Proficient use of Microsoft products.
• Strong communication skills: You speak German and English fluently and confidently.
• Willingness to travel is an advantage.
