Your Responsibilities

1. Responsible for implementation and execution of pricing governance processes within the matrix of business unit and regions.
2. Support regional pricing steering/approval processes from headquarter side to ensure outcome orientation and transparency.
3. Support the business steering process with pricing insights, scenario and in-depth analytics and cooperate closely together with Finance business partners.
4. Foster and train usage of pricing dashboards, initiate enhancement projects to strengthen organizational pricing analytics capabilities.
5. Maintain and enhance pricing framework and deal guidance/customer pricing structures on EMEA level and ensure local compliance and implementation.
6. Drive for standardization and harmonization of processes with consideration of country and business specific needs.
7. Enhance pricing related capabilities and culture at Olympus by regular communication and training of all stakeholders.
8. Ensure pricing requirements are collected and integrated in tool infrastructure (ERP, CRM and Pricing Tools).

Your Qualification

1. University degree in Business Administration or similar qualification.
2. Minimum of 5 years’ experience in pricing and price management.
3. Ideally, a background in the Medical Device industry.
4. Strong commercial mindset based on analytical and commercial experience, driving business and pricing strategy.
5. Solution-oriented attitude and hands-on mentality to support as business partner driving Pricing operationally inside the organization.
6. Effective use of office software for analyses, simulation tools (Excel, Power Pivot) and communication (PowerPoint); SalesForce.com knowledge beneficial.
7. Good project management skills to act as project lead for pricing-related projects.
8. Excellent communicator at all levels within a corporate environment.
9. Experience and ability to work effectively within a European organization across functions and cultures.
10. Good skillset in virtual work environments.
11. Fluent in English (oral and written), German optional.
