How you support our team

  • You are responsible for the operational handling of international and national procurement within our SCM team.
  • You ensure continuous product availability across our global supply chain, considering optimal inventory levels.
  • You take charge of optimal resource planning.
  • You prepare daily and monthly reports for internal stakeholders.
  • You manage and execute various SCM projects.
  • You collaborate closely with other departments and teams.
  • You assume the professional leadership of parts of our international team.
  • You respond flexibly and adaptively to new challenges, continuously finding solutions to drive the team, systems, and company towards future readiness.
  • You actively promote the continuous improvement process in all relevant areas of SCM.
  • You monitor and analyze the key OM KPIs, implement corrective actions, and derive process improvements.

What sets you apart

  • You have a degree in business administration, preferably with a focus on logistics/SCM, or a comparable qualification.
  • You bring at least 5 years of professional experience in procurement.
  • You already have several years of leadership experience.
  • You possess strong communication and negotiation skills as well as organizational talent.
  • You have a structured and independent work style, a process-oriented mindset, and a quick grasp of new concepts.
  • You are proficient in MS Office applications, especially Excel and Outlook, and have experience with ERP systems.
  • Team spirit and fluent English skills complete your profile.
  • A detailed understanding of processes in a globally networked SCM and the ability to actively shape change and improvement processes are key qualities you bring.
