Titan Wind Energy is seeking an experienced and driven Senior Operations Manager to join our team in Cuxhaven. This is an exciting opportunity to take on a leadership role in a growing company that will be expanding over the coming years. You will play a crucial role in shaping the Coating department and influence the development of the facilities during their construction. In this role you will be involved in the development of the Coating department from the very beginning, setting up the team's structure and driving the implementation of cutting-edge technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead and oversee all aspects of the coating department, ensuring technical excellence, high-quality standards, and adherence to deadlines.
2. Drive improvements in coating processes, including the integration of robotic solutions.
3. Manage the department’s budget and ensure financial goals are met through effective planning and cost control.
4. Collaborate closely with the production team in Cuxhaven to ensure seamless operations.
5. Play a central role in the construction and development of facilities, bringing your expertise to shape operations from the ground up.
6. Travel 20-30 days per year to various locations for site visits, client meetings, and project coordination.

Required Qualifications:

1. Strong technical understanding of coatings and coating processes, with substantial experience in adhering to and applying coating specifications and industry standards for surface treatments.
2. Previous management experience in larger organizations, preferably within the coating or manufacturing industries.
3. Frosio-certification is a plus, but not a requirement.
4. Mechanical engineering, machinist background, or other relevant qualifications and documented experience.
5. Solid financial understanding and experience in both calculation and budget planning.
6. Passion for and experience with robotic solutions and their application in coating technologies.
7. Highly professional proficiency in English, both written and spoken.

About Titan:

Titan Wind Energy is privately owned and was founded in China in 2005, with its headquarters in Shanghai. The company has operated a factory in Denmark since 2012. In 2019, Titan acquired the Cuxhaven facility, which is currently undergoing reconstruction. By Q4 2026, the Cuxhaven facility will be ready to begin production of foundations for the offshore wind industry.

Location: Permanent role based in Cuxhaven, Germany.

Your position:

As Senior Operations Manager, you will be a part of the Production Management Team at Titan Wind Energy Cuxhaven for daily operations, and the Head of Production will be your primary reference in all productive matters. Additionally, you will have disciplinary reporting to the Managing Director in Denmark.
