Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute targeted sales strategies to penetrate new enterprise accounts and exceed revenue targets
- Build and maintain C-level relationships, positioning our solutions as essential for enterprise security
- Leverage deep industry knowledge to tailor our security offerings to client needs
- Represent our brand at high-profile security events, contributing to our thought leadership in cybersecurity
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of complex security solutions
- Mentor junior sales team members, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement
Experience & Expertise
- 5+ years of proven success in enterprise security sales, consistently exceeding multi-million Euro quotas
- Strong understanding of advanced security frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001) and regulatory requirements (e.g., GDPR, CCPA)
- Hands-on experience with modern security technologies including AI-powered threat detection, cloud security, and zero-trust architectures
- Fundamental experience in sales activities in national and international major customer business
- Extensive experience in observing market developments and competition and measures to be derived from them.
- Demonstrated ability to navigate complex sales cycles and close high-value deals
- Strategic thinker with the ability to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities
Technical Knowledge
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, or related field, with a strong hands-on emphasis on Cybersecurity
- Relevant industry certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CEH
Communication & Influence
- Exceptional negotiation skills with a track record of closing enterprise-level deals
- Strong presenter, capable of engaging technical and non-technical audiences effectively
- You act confidently at C-level
